Small Business Acquisition
HMG seeks small companies with sustainable business models and positive cash flow but whose financial situation is distressed. Our interventions range from silent equity investments to full business acquisition for businesses in financial distress or undergoing a turnaround, companies in reorganization or liquidation, companies that are undervalued because of discrete extraordinary events. HMG uses its own resources alongside equity of both institutional and private investors.
Real Estate Investing
HMG targets a wide-range of real estate investment opportunities including residential and commercial assets. We seek both short-term “fix and flip” opportunities as well as long-term “buy and hold” productive asset investments. Our geographic focus is primary southern California, however we occasionally invest in other regions within the U.S, Southern Europe and North Africa.
Our Global Reach
We represent and support Companies to successfully promote, support and sell their products and services in new international markets, with a primary focus on the U.S, Europe and North Africa. We also work as International Trading Company by purchasing and selling goods into international markets and taking care of the different phases of the commercialization processes, in particular by performing international marketing functions, promotions, technical assistance, stockholding, distribution and production funding.

Our global partners each specialize in certain areas of supply chain, logistics and Industries. They each have their strengths to secure space with ocean and air carriers, develop in-country warehousing and distribution, develop IT and Track/Trace systems, and clear customs.
